Peanut Butter Cookies w/ Hershey Kisses
I have made these for the office, family, sorority sisters and it's always a big hit and they're very easy to make!
Peanut Butter Cookies:
3 cups All purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups butter (softened)
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons vanilla
40 Hershey kisses
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
With electric mixer on medium speed beat butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Shape (Roll) dough into 1 inch balls. Place 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes or until cookies are set. Remove from oven and immediately place a Hershey kiss i the center of the cookie, pressing slightly to set the kiss. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool. Makes 40 cookies.
